Superpencil OÜ ("us", "we", or "our") operates Horse (the "Service"). This page informs you of our policies regarding refunds for purchases made through our Service.
Refund Rights
We offer a full refund on your purchase within 30 days of the transaction date, following the European Union's consumer protection laws for digital goods. This policy is applicable worldwide and is not limited to EU customers.
To request a refund, go to our self-service Request a Refund page. Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment. Please allow a certain amount of days for the refund to be processed, depending on your card issuer's policies.
We reserve the right to refuse refunds for any purchases made after the 30-day refund period. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund.
To prevent abuse, refunds can only be requested 24 hours after purchase.
